A groundbreaking German study has identified four narcissistic traits that may help spot potential serial killers early: grandiose rivalry, grandiose admiration, vulnerable enmity, and vulnerable isolation. Analysing statements from 45 offenders, researchers found these traits merge into a volatile mix of superiority and deep fragility, driving intensely personal, control-fuelled violence.
