Former IAS probationer Puja Khedkar's parents, Dilip and Manorama, have reportedly fled India after a lookout notice was issued against them in a Navi Mumbai road rage case. They allegedly confined a truck helper at their Pune bungalow, served him stale food and threatened him. Manorama also obstructed the police and tampered with CCTV footage.
