Dr Nitin Abhivant, 42, Head of Psychiatry at Pune's Sassoon Hospital, died from breathing difficulties while trekking in Himachal Pradesh's Buran Ghati. The experienced trekker was on an expedition with Mumbai friends when the tragedy occurred on Monday. Dr. Abhivant had completed many Sahyadri treks. He is survived by his wife, young son, parents, and brother.
