Punjab Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains flagged off a third batch of 72 primary teachers for a 15-day training programme at the University of Turku, Finland. The state has sent over 500 teachers abroad so far. Bains also proposed placing retired MiG-21 jets at select Schools of Eminence to inspire students towards defence and aerospace careers.
