Punjab Health Minister Dr Balbir Singh has ordered a detailed enquiry into the death of three ICU patients at Shaheed Babu Labh Singh Civil Hospital, Jalandhar. The minister paid a visit to the hospital on Sunday night, accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Dr Himanshu Aggarwal, after receiving reports alleging an oxygen supply failure.
