India’s cheese market is growing 20% annually, Punjab has no dedicated cheese-making unit. Addressing this gap, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU), Ludhiana, has signed a MoU with Green Pockets Private Limited to develop and promote chèvre. The university will provide technical know-how, hands-on training, consultancy and one-year incubation support.
