Three Punjab ministers - Barinder Kumar Goyal, Laljit Bhullar, and Harbhajan Singh - drew criticism after a video captured them discussing luxury cruises in Sweden and Goa while inspecting flood-hit areas in the state. "Flood-hit families beg for a glass of drinking water, but they found time to relive their 'golden memories' of luxury cruises," Congress' Partap Singh Bajwa said.
