Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has issued notices to two Kharar-based private developers for selling plots without registering their projects. The projects in question are located at Bhago Majra and Radiala villages. GNE Developers and High Rise Estate have been asked as to why penalty proceedings should not be initiated against them for the violation of the RERA Act.
