A Punjab resident has been arrested with 30 grams of heroin in Shoghi, Shimla. The accused has been identified as Baljit Singh, a 28-year-old resident of Kadar Wala village in Moga district, Punjab. According to police, the accused was arrested while a special cell team of the police was checking vehicles at Shoghi barrier.
