The 15-year-old girl, who was allegedly set ablaze by three miscreants on July 19 and later succumbed to over 70% burn injuries at AIIMS Delhi on August 2, was laid to rest in her village, Bayabar, in Odisha's Puri district on Monday, as per Islamic traditions. Hundreds of people thronged the village to pay their last respects to the teen.
