Laos President Thongloun Sisoulith gifted elephants to Russian President Vladimir Putin during his visit to the country. "On the occasion of 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, the Laotian government...would like to present you and the Russian Federation with a pair of elephants," Sisoulith said. "We'll find a way to make use of them. Thank you!" Putin said.
