Russian President Vladimir Putin's office has released first statement after US President Donald Trump said he is deploying two nuclear submarines "to appropriate regions" after former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev's nuclear threat. "Russia is very attentive to the topic of nuclear non-proliferation. And we believe that everyone should be very, very cautious with nuclear rhetoric," it said.
