Russian President Vladimir Putin's special envoy Kirill Dmitriev posted a picture of US President Donald Trump with European leaders at the White House and captioned it "Daddy Trump with EU leaders". In June, NATO chief Mark Rutte, who was also part of the recent meeting, had called Trump "daddy" over US' role in brokering ceasefire between Israel and Iran.
