US President Donald Trump's special envoy Keith Kellogg said Russian President Vladimir Putin is right in thinking that Ukraine conflict is NATO's proxy war. He stated that Russia can see the Western military support Ukraine is receiving. Kellogg added that everybody should step back a bit to take the peace process to an end state.
