Reacting to Supreme Court order directing authorities to pick up stray dogs in Delhi-NCR and have them shifted to shelters, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat said putting dogs in shelters will not solve problem. "The problem can be solved only by regulating the population of street dogs," he stated. The SC has reserved order on plea to stay stray dogs' relocation.
