Rapper R Kelly recently alleged an in-prison murder plot against him and requested to be released from prison and be moved to home confinement. However, a judge rejected the plea citing lack of jurisdiction over the matter. The rapper's attorney now intends to file a motion to "vacate his convictions in Chicago based on newly discovered evidence".
