Actor R Madhavan and his wife have leased their luxury flat in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex for ₹6.5 lakh/month, according to property documents seen by Square Yards. The flat has reportedly been rented for two years, bringing the total rental income to at least ₹1.56 crore. The couple had purchased the flat last year for ₹17.50 crore, report stated.
