A truck carrying 1,400 kg fake paneer was intercepted by police in Noida, which led to discovery of an interstate racket supplying fake paneer to Delhi-NCR eateries for last six months. The adulterated paneer was sold to street vendors for ₹180-₹220 per kilogram, while the actual price is nearly double, according to police. Four people have been arrested so far.
