Music composer AR Rahman and his estranged wife Saira Banu's lawyer has denied online rumours that their separation is linked to bassist Mohini Dey's split from her husband Mark Hartsuch. "There is no connection at all. Saira and Mr Rahman made this decision on their own," said Vandana Shah. She said Rahman and Banu's divorce would be "amicable".
