BJP's CR Kesavan criticised Rahul Gandhi for “surrendering Indian interests to pressure of foreign powers" after the Congress leader alleged on X that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was "frightened of US President Donald Trump". Kesavan said that Gandhi "neither respects nor trusts India". "The people and country know that for PM Modi, Bharat’s welfare and interest are paramount," he added.
