Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar dismissed Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's 'match-fixing' election claims, saying, "He doesn't know how to do work or how a party functions or how elections are contested." Khattar added, "When you don't achieve anything...you start blaming others without any proof. People are aware about him, no need to pay attention."
