Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju criticised Congress leader Rahul Gandhi after he alleged large-scale voter fraud in the Maharashtra Assembly and Lok Sabha elections. "The claims made by Rahul and his team are bogus and are targeting the Election Commission of India to tarnish its image," Rijiju said. "Whenever it doesn't suit them, they attack the institutions," he added.
