Congress Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi has refused to sign the Election Commission of India (ECI) affidavit on his 'vote theft' claims. "It's their (ECI's) data...not my data that I will sign (an affidavit)," said Rahul while alleging such 'theft' has taken place in other constituencies too. The affidavit asked Rahul to make his claims under oath.
