Shares of RailTel Corporation of India Limited, a Navratna PSU and one of the largest neutral telecom infrastructure providers in India, are in focus on Tuesday, after receiving a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation Limited for a project valued at ₹216.8 crores for the implementation of Mukhyamantree Surakshit Sushaasit Shahar (Safe City).
