Ahead of the Bihar Assembly polls, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw flagged off three new Amrit Bharat Express trains and four new passenger trains for the state. The Amrit Bharat trains will connect Darbhanga to Ajmer (Madar), Muzaffarpur to Hyderabad (Charlapalli), and Chhapra to Delhi (Anand Vihar Terminal). He noted that 28 Vande Bharat services are currently operating in Bihar.
