Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said four officers have been suspended after a video showed filthy and damaged coaches of a train provided for Border Security Force (BSF) personnel going for Amarnath Yatra duty. The issue was addressed and the train's rake was changed, Vaishnaw said. Around 1,200 BSF personnel had refused to board the train.
