A consumer court in Visakhapatnam has ordered the Indian Railways to pay ₹30,000 as compensation to a man after he and his family faced severe inconvenience during their train journey in Tirumala Express train. The passenger has claimed that he faced problems related to poor air conditioning, lack of water and dirty toilets in the train.
