As per reports, the Indian Railways announced the implementation of the advanced 'Kavach' system along the 14 routes, including the Birlanagar-Udimorh rail section in Madhya Pradesh, which spans 102 km. The Railway Board approved a budget of ₹309.26 crore for the installation of the Kavach system across 14 strategic rail sections.
