Western Railway announced it will operate additional trains from Gujarat's Ahmedabad based on demand following the Air India plane crash. "As of now, one train for Mumbai and one train for Delhi are being planned from Ahmedabad," it stated. Western Railway added that its medical team and Railway Protection Force personnel have already been deployed to assist with rescue operations.
