With closure of Jammu-Srinagar National Highway due to heavy rains, floods and landslides, Northern Railway will operate special local train service between Katra and Sangaldan to assist stranded people. The special train will run from September 8 to 12. It will depart from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra station at 8:40 am and arrive at Sangaldan at 10 am.
