India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued warnings of thunderstorms, lightning and rain in northern parts of India on the night of June 13. From June 14, the temperature is likely to reach 41°C, while the minimum temperature will stay around 29°C, the IMD said. Rain and thunderstorms are also expected to continue in northern India on June 18 and 19.
