Several parts of Delhi-NCR witnessed sudden change in weather on Tuesday. The India Meteorological Department earlier forecast a generally cloudy sky with light rain or drizzle in Delhi-NCR on Tuesday. This comes after Delhi saw the hottest September day in six years on Monday as minimum temperature was recorded at 28.2°C, five degrees above normal.
