The bus that caught fire while going from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur, resulting in death of 20 people, was used as an AC sleeper and a short circuit may have caused the fire, according to reports. As the fire broke out, the burning of electrical wiring caused the only exit door at the front to get locked, trapping passengers inside.
