MNS chief Raj Thackeray called for a protest march in Mumbai on July 5 against what he termed as "imposition of Hindi". Thackeray said the event will be a display of Marathi unity. His announcement comes after Maharashtra government passed an order saying that Hindi will "generally" be third language from Class 1-5 in Marathi and English medium schools.
