A 37-year-old jewellery merchant from Rajasthan was robbed of a 14-gram gold bar and ₹31,000 by three men in khaki uniforms at Mumbai Central station on August 10. The accused posed as police, assaulted and extorted him in front of his 8-year-old daughter. Mumbai Railway Crime Branch has launched an investigation.
