BJP leader Anurag Thakur countered vote theft allegations against the party and the ECI, saying it's the Congress's and Rahul Gandhi's modus operandi to blame the system after losing elections. "Rajiv Gandhi blamed the ballot paper after losing the 1989 elections," he said, adding that he wanted a shift to EVMs, and his son wants to revert to the ballot.
