Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Thursday virtually flagged off an all-women Tri-services circumnavigation sailing expedition 'Samudra Pradakshina'. Triveni, the Indian Army Sailing Vessel (IASV), set sail from the Gateway of India, Mumbai. The team has undergone three years of rigorous training.
