Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will attend the 12th ASEAN Defence Ministers' Meeting-Plus (ADMM-Plus) in Kuala Lumpur on November 1. The event aims to deepen India's defence and security cooperation with ASEAN nations under the 'Act East Policy'. Singh will also address the forum and hold bilateral meetings with his counterparts from participating countries.
