Producer Rakesh Roshan and his wife Pramila Roshan have purchased five commercial office units in Mumbai's Andheri for ₹19.68 crore, according to SquareYards. The units collectively have a carpet area of over 7,500 sq ft and 10 car parking spaces. The registration fees and stamp duty paid for the units amount to ₹1.50 lakh and over ₹1.18 crore, respectively.
