A man has been arrested for allegedly wearing a burqa at a Janmashtami event in Jharkhand's Ranchi. Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar and other officials of Ranchi administration were present in the event when the incident occurred. An FIR has been registered and the man has been arrested. The police said the act was intended to "disturb communal harmony".
