Actor Randeep Hooda spoke about Supreme Court's verdict on sending stray dogs in Delhi-NCR to shelters and appreciated how it sparked "larger conversation". However, he added impounding entire population of dogs "isn't feasible". Suggesting long-term alternatives, he wrote, "Only alternative is large-scale cyclic neutering and redistributing/capturing aggressive packs that've become territorial."
