YRF casting director Shanoo Sharma stated that Ranveer Singh's decision to exit their talent management firm didn't hurt them. "There's a reason why the production house is okay with Ranveer going," she remarked, adding that things work and then fade away and that is the cycle of the business they are in. "Ranveer's my best friend as well," Shanoo said.
