Rapido has reacted to the Bengaluru harassment case after a woman accused one of its riders of inappropriate behaviour during a bike ride. In an official statement, Rapido reacted saying, "We are concerned to learn about the captain’s inappropriate conduct. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Please allow us some time to investigate this matter thoroughly."
