A rare case of femur exostosis causing artery blockage was treated at SIMS Hospital, Chennai. The 48-year-old patient faced severe leg pain due to a popliteal artery aneurysm. A complex surgery restored blood flow and prevented amputation. Fewer than 60 such cases are reported globally, making this a rare medical success.
