Hyderabad's AINU Dilsukhnagar treated a 29-year-old woman with recurrent kidney stones caused by a rare parathyroid adenoma, a neck tumour leading to high calcium levels. She had multiple past stone surgeries. Doctors removed the stones in stages and then surgically treated the tumour, ensuring full recovery and preventing future recurrence.
