After 800 empty or almost empty bottles of alcohol were found by officials in Jharkhand's Dhanbad, traders said that rats chewed off the bottles' lids and drank the liquor. The state administration is examining liquor stocks before new liquor policy kicks in on September 1. The administration has now asked the traders to compensate for the losses.
