RBI sold $3.66-billion on a net basis in the spot foreign exchange market in June, data from its monthly bulletin showed. The bank said it purchased $1.16-billion and sold $4.82-billion during the same period. The rupee was under pressure in June due to US tariffs-related uncertainty, and it depreciated by 0.2% against dollar, trading between 85.3025 and 86.8925.
