Karnataka Home Minister Dr G Parameshwara, while talking about the stampede at Chinnaswamy Stadium that killed 11 people during RCB win celebrations, said, "We didn't request RCB or KSCA, they organised it." He added, "The (state) government...felt it should facilitate, that's all." Parameshwara said Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah has ordered magisterial inquiry into the incident.
