The Rajasthan High Court has refused interim protection from arrest to RCB pacer Yash Dayal in a case of the alleged rape of a minor. The court observed that no relief could be granted as the victim was 17 years old at the time. Dayal allegedly exploited her for two years under the pretext of helping her pursue cricket career.
