RDB Infrastructure has approved the incorporation of a new Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), Naar Projects Private Limited. RDB will acquire a 26% stake for ₹26,000, making it an associate company. The new entity, with an authorised capital of ₹15 lakh, will operate in the real estate sector, aligning with RDB's core business and helping to implement a specific project.
